Background Check Petition

We're collecting signatures to make background checks more inclusive, and we need your voice!

Currently, some background checks unfairly exclude undocumented individuals simply for not having a Social Security Number. This prevents them from accessing opportunities such as:

✨ Volunteering at their children's schools
✨ Completing a nursing program
✨ Obtaining a college internship
✨ Accepting paid work as an independent contractor

That's not security, it's discrimination.
